IBC2000

Magnum Systems IBC2000 is adaptable to nearly any discharge or de-weigh application using bulk bags. The IBC2000 can be easily modified with a number of options in order to handle your specific requirements. These include hoist and trolley, bag agitators to facilitate unloading, iris valves and dust containing discharge outlets.

Fork Lift Style Bulk Bag Unloader:

  • Up to 4,000 lb capacity
  • Modular frame for various bag sizes
  • Universal pick-up device (UPD)
  • Bag pan protects operators during product discharge
  • Cone discharge

Electric Hoist and Trolley Bulk Bag Unloader:

  • Up to 4,000 lb capacity
  • Rigid frame with 8" I-Beam for Hoist and Trolley (1 or 2 ton hoist)
  • Universal pick-up device (UPD)
  • Bag pan protects operators during product discharge
  • Cone discharge

Bulk Bag Agitation Options:

  • Actuated bag pan agitators
  • Electric or pneumatic bag pan vibrators
  • Side bar agitators

Bulk Bag Tie-Off Options

  • Manual iris valve
  • Automatic cut-off device (carbon or stainless steel options)
  • Bag untie box with hinged and sealed door and dust vent (stainless steel product contact)

Bulk Bag System Discharge Options:

  • Two position knife gate (6", 8", 10" diameter) 
  • Screw feeder
  • Rotary valve

Control and Weigh Packages:

  • T4000 Option with Load Cells - Weigh system provides readout of current weight supported by the IBC2000.
  • T3000 Option with Load Cells - This weigh package adds the following features: Auto Zero, Auto Pre-act, 25 product codes for presetting different type or weight packages, status display along with LCD weight display to display the current weight, keypad interface, multiple set points and ability to transfer weight data via Taylor Stats option. Weigh system also has as the ability to weigh out a target batch weight of product even if the target batch weight requires multiple bags to be reached, i.e. finish unloading a bag and continue the weighment from the next bag to reach a total target batch weight
